ABOUT THIS COFFEE The natural sweetness, rounded flavor and gentler acidity in this blend of Central and South American coffees makes it a great choice for cold brew and for those who like to drink their coffee black and unsweetened.
COLD BREW INSTRUCTIONS To make 1 quart of cold brew, add 3/4 cup (apx 75 grams) medium course ground Driftwood Blend coffee to a one quart jar. Fill the jar with water. Place lid on jar and let brew at room temperature for 24 hours. Strain out the coffee grounds and discard. Keep refridgerated up to 2 weeks.
Serve over ice, or heat for hot coffee. I like to make iced coffee! Just put ice in a tall glass. Pour in 1/2 cup cold brew, 1/2 cup milk, 1 Tablespoon half-n-half and 2 teaspoons flavored coffee syrup.
