ABOUT THIS COFFEE  Massacre Canyon is a rich, full-bodied coffee with a smooth, syrupy sweetness.
 
The Massacre Canyon battle took place on August 5, 1873 near the Republican River, east of Trenton Nebraska.  It was one of the last hostilities between the Pawnee and the Sioux (or Lakota) and the last battle/massacre between Great Plains Indians in North America.
